Every once in a while a project comes along that just steals your heart and this was one of them. A full gut of the existing home, an extension to the first floor and an addition of a second floor. This home took a lot of thinking creatively to work around existing posts, portions of ceilings that lighting couldn’t be added and hidden surprises that all remodels tend to reveal eventually. My clients were so trusting throughout the process and allowed me the freedom to really work through all these obstacles.
With Jessica’s confidence and encouragement we were able to realize our dreams of owning a beautiful oceanfront home. Using her extensive knowledge of the industry she helped us smooth out the unexpected bumps as well as incorporate our extensive wish list. Her patience, attention to detail and ability to provide thoughtful suggestions when needed were very much appreciated – we never felt overwhelmed with the process.
