House at Arch Cape
This was a large scale remodel project in which my client’s wanted to transform the home into an upscale beach rental that would exceed any customer’s expectations. I believe we were able to achieve that! With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 2 laundry rooms, 2 living spaces and much more, this home is a renter’s dream. There are 3 master suites each with their own custom designed bathrooms. The furniture was all selected with comfort and function in mind but we didn’t have to sacrifice aesthetics. The window treatments were designed to allow the views to be the focal point but still give the privacy needed. My client’s contracted a local artist to create the stunning wood carving that is hanging above the fireplace. That paired with numerous pieces of local artists’ painting and photography were the perfect finishing touches to the House at Arch Cape together!We so enjoyed the process of completely remodeling and furnishing our luxury vacation rental house! We were very hands-on every step of the way, and Jessica graciously supported our approach to the project. She is very knowledgeable in interior design, has great connections with vendors, is a wonderful person to bounce ideas off of, and was very prompt in communication. We are now in our second year of welcoming guests into The House at Arch Cape and are very blessed to hear how much others are enjoying it now!
