Arch Cape Remodel

This ocean front home located in Arch Cape was originally built in the 1940s, remodeled in the 1970s by my Grandfather and then again by my Father and I in 2013. This home has been in the owners family for years and holds many memories, so it was important to my client that we keep some of the original features including the woodwork and the fireplace stone. My client wanted this vacation home to feel very coastal and welcoming. It was my goal to blend the beautiful colors from the outside in and create a space this family could continue to build wonderful memories in.

“Even though we undertook a major renovation, Jessica maintained the original 1950s feel of the home that I grew up with. She was very hands on from a long distance, gave us multiple suggestions to choose from, and stayed within a budget.”
